It is best practice to prevent hemorrhoids at all costs to avoid going through the pain of them. No one wants to have to sit on a donut to be able to sit without pain. So if you take that into consideration and change your diet now you can avoid them.
Some other ideas for help with preventing them are, taking flaxseed oil daily, eat foods like alfalfa sprouts, leafy green vegetables and blackstrap molasses. You can also eat foods loaded in dietary fiber. These foods include apples, carrots, broccoli, Brazilian nuts, psyllium see and green beans. And lastly you need to make sure to drink plenty of water!
